1. This substation comprises a high-voltage chamber, dry-type transformer, and low-voltage chamber, arranged in an "H" or "T" shape.
2. The transformer is equipped with a unique air duct, ensuring the normal operation of the voltage-boosting transformer even when the ambient temperature approaches 40°C.
3. The framework of the enclosure is welded using structural steel, featuring built-in hinges that are welded to the structural steel, ensuring the strength of both the enclosure and the doors, and allowing for normal operation of the substation in harsh environmental conditions.
4. The enclosure framework undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and paint treatment, providing resistance to salt spray, humidity, mold, and strong outdoor corrosion resistance.
5. The top cover has a double-layer structure to prevent rainwater ingress and reduce indoor temperature increases due to heat radiation.
6. A separate high-voltage cable compartment is provided for user convenience during wiring.
7. The high-voltage section is equipped with a vacuum load switch-fuse combination device. When a single-phase fuse trips, the load switch disengages under the action of the tripping device, preventing partial-phase operation. The vacuum load switch is equipped with an isolation switch and has a clear disconnect point. High-capacity transformers can also be configured with vacuum circuit breakers.
