A VPI dry-type transformer, manufactured by CEEG, was successfully commissioned on-site with seamless power delivery, garnering positive feedback from the project owner.
The VPI transformer is of the 13.8KV, 60Hz, 1MVA model and will provide electrical services for Mineral Technology's mobile ore crusher. The China Electric team was involved in the initial stages of the project, particularly in designing the transformer, including a well-thought-out solution for the NEMA 3R enclosure, making the transformer compact and highly efficient. These features gained recognition from the project owner, successfully reintroducing VPI Nomex paper transformers to the American market.
